2. Your Use of Our Service
By submitting a request on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are submitting a service request for a roofing project.
You are providing accurate and current information about yourself and your project.
You are giving us your express written consent to share your personal information and project details with multiple third-party Service Professionals.
You understand that Service Professionals pay us a fee to receive your information.
3. Consent to be Contacted
By submitting your information, you are providing your express written consent to be contacted by us and by the Service Professionals in our network. This contact may be made via telephone calls (including to cellular phone numbers), pre-recorded messages, text messages (SMS), and/or email, even if your telephone number is on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call list. You understand that your consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Our Relationship with Service Professionals
The Service Professionals in our network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of RoofersBakersfield.com. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or services of any Service Professional.
No Endorsement: We do not endorse or recommend any specific Service Professional.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, performance, or pricing of the services provided by any Service Professional. It is your sole responsibility to conduct your own due diligence, including checking licenses, insurance, and references, before hiring any Service Professional.
Disputes: Any dispute you have with a Service Professional regarding their services is between you and that Service Professional. You agree to release RoofersBakersfield.com from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
5. Limitation of Liability

Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information. You may exercise this right at any time.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
